Representatives of state and local government authorities, experts and housing market participants attended The Housing Congress – Developer’s Days conference, organized by the Polish Association of Development Companies (PZFD). The event was a part of the celebrations of the 25th jubilee of Employers of Poland.
In a speech at the Congress, President of Employers of Poland Andrzej Malinowski underscored the common interest uniting the Organization with the development and construction industry. – This common interest unites us to such an extent that we have recently established the Construction Platform. It is a forum which ought to contribute to strengthening the dialog with public institutions responsible for realizing investments – including investments with the involvement of EU funds. I have in mind institutions such as the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development or its subsidiary, the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA), as well as local governments – he said.
Recommendations elaborated at the Congress focused on the need to initiate the works on a coherent and transparent spatial and housing policy for Poland.
The Housing Congress was held on October 7-8th in Wrocław.
