Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

The role of employers in accelerating growth is key

In 25 years Poland managed to move away from a regime of a centrally planned economy based on market economy. – Francis Fukuyama called our successful transformation one of the biggest miracles of the twentieth century – said Andrzej Malinowski, president of Employers of Poland at the opening of the international conference “From transformation to globalization”. The conference was a part of the celebration of Employers’ of Poland 25th jubilee. A report from the first day of the conference was published by “Rzeczpospolita".

– I do not use the word „miracle”, because everyone involved in this process knows how much effort and hard work was required to achieve it. The true heroes of Polish transformation are the entrepreneurs who thanks to their courage and determination assumed responsibility for building a market reality in Poland – Malinowski remarked.
