Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



Vicepresident of Employers of Poland Zbigniew Kmicic honored at the 25 years of Freedom for Polish Entrepreneurship Gala


25 years of Freedom for Polish Entrepreneurship – such was the motto of a gala, held on November 29th at the Gromada Hotel in Warsaw, during which the awards in the VIII edition of the Eagles of Polish Construction, the VIII edition of the Pearl of Medicine, the Eagles of Polish Entrepreneurship and the Eagles of Polish Local Government were presented.


The project are conducted within the framework of the National Promotion Program Polish Entrepreneurship 2020, organized by the Mazovian Association For trade, Industry and Services.


This year, the chapters of the respective awards have yet again appreciated the products, services, technologies, organization and management of the entities subject to assessment. Laureates of each of the awards mentioned above not only shape Polish entrepreneurship, but create the image of Polish economy as well.


Zbigniew Kmicic, co-owner of Poleksbud Trade Ltd  and Vicepresident of Employers of Poland was honoured twice. He was awarded the title of the Entrepreneur of the 25 Years of Freedom, and his company, Poleksbud Trade Ltd received an Eagle of Polish Construction in the General Contractor category.


The gala, hosted by Dorota Gardias and Krzysztof Ibisz, gathered over 900 guests. Including representatives of the distinguished entities, business and culture. The gala was attended by a.o. prof. Jerzy Buzek; Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the President of Poland Olgierd Dziekoński, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy Jacek Męcina, Mazovian Voivode Jacek Kozlowski and Chairman of the WOŚP Foundation Jerzy Owsiak.
