Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

We appeal for talks between doctors and the government to open without initial conditions!

Employers of Poland yet again appeal to the Ministry of Health for mediation  between the ministry and doctor to be opened.

Due the conflict becoming increasingly heated, Andrzej Malinowski, President of Employers of Poland, asks for the parties to control their emotions. He also points out that one cannot make one’s participation in talks depend on the fulfillment of initial conditions which make it practically impossible for said talks to be opened, as is the case with the response of minister Arłukowicz.

In response to an invitation to talks extended by Andrzej Malinowski, the Ministry of Health replied that talks will only start if the doctors open their offices.

 – I would like to ask minister Bartosz Arłukowicz to mitigate himself and return to negotiations with no initial conditions – says Andrzej Malinowski.

On Saturday January 3rd, Porozumienie Zielonogórskie expressed its readiness to accept Friday’s mediation offer made by employers of Poland. Thus far, there is binding response from the Ministry of Health.

– The emotions are so strong that it is impossible to solve the conflict without the aid of professionals. Professionals, not politicians. Maybe a change of the negotiating leaders of both parties would also be worth considering. A team of professional mediators of Employers of Poland is ready to join the talks at any moment – states Andrzej Malinowski. In his opinion, consensus is still possible. – I do not believe that in the 21st century, people who are educated and aware of their responsibilities could fail to reach a compromise. Today the good of the patients is the most important thing – he adds.
