Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



New members of Employers of Poland


Two new members have joined Employers of Poland:


  • Fortuna Online Zakłady Bukmacherskie Sp. z o.o.


Fortuna Online Zakłady Bukmacherskie Sp. z o.o. is the oldest and one of the biggest bookmakers on the Polish market. It organizes bets on the results of sporting, social and political events.


The company currently operates over 500 bookmaking all over the country and employs ca. 1 000 people.


Since January 1st 2014, Fortuna is the main  sponsor of Legia Warsaw – the reigning champion of the Polish football league. The contract signed in November 2013 will be in force for 2 years.   


Since October 2014 Fortuna’s shares are on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.


The company is a part of Fortuna Entertainment Group – the biggest group operating mutual betting in Central and Eastern Europe, with 20 years of experience on the market. It operates in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
