Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



"Equality for men and women in business. How to achieve it?” – the Ministry of Labour invites companies to seminars



How to do it? – comprehensive package for companies


The Ministry of Labour and Social Policy invites companies to participate in unique, free of charge seminars on supporting women’s promotions and applying institutional tools facilitating equality at work.


The seminars are dedicated to large companies with more than 250 employees and were prepared for managers and specialists working in HR, CSR and cooperating departments.


Issues discussed will include a.o.:


  • the economic and non-economic benefits of diversity,
  • pro-equality measures in companies,
  • equality in practice,
  • step-by-step preparation of equality strategies.


Seminars will be held in several cities a.o. in Warsaw, Poznań, Gdańsk, Kraków and Wrocław from February 24th until April 15th 2015.

Seminars are organized within the framework of the project entitled “Gender equality in economic decision processes as a tool of social change”, co-financed by the European Union as part of the PROGRESS Common Program. The project is carried out by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy in a partnership with the Government Commissioner for Equality.
