Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

Enough of the demolition of state by trade unions

– On behalf of employers, I demand that the government and other state institutions react appropriately and prevent the demolition of our country at the hands of people who are interested solely in protecting their own interests, rather than workers’ rights – states Andrzej Malinowski, President of Employers of Poland.

I would like to declare that the fun is over. Our patience has ran out. We will oppose glaring violations of the law. The actions of spoilt union leaders are not even worthy of the term “pseudo–dialog”, as they called it today. It is simple hooliganism and political chutzpah under the banners of social justice and solidarity.

Every day of an illegal strike translates to real losses for the economy – losses which will be impossible to make up.

I urge the government to urgently amend the Trade Union Act and the act on group dispute resolution which now tie the hands of employers and entrepreneurs, often leading to their bankruptcy.  I would also like to ask President of Warsaw Hanna Gronkiewicz-Waltz not to consent to the announced union demonstration. Inhabitants of Warsaw –  respond with a decisive “no” to organizing union brawls on the street of your town. We have had enough!
