Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



The Ministry of Economy encourages entrepreneurs to participate in the export activation program.


The purpose of the program Activating export to selected markets is enabling Polish entrepreneurs to establish relations with potential foreign clients in selected countries, which are import ant from the perspective of Polish export development and looking for new markets.

Analysis based on socio-economic indicators was used to select countries with good prospects for becoming strong Polish exports recipients. Except farm and food products other foods will be promoted: furniture in Turkmenistan and Croatia; machinery and devices in Mongolia, Vietnam, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina; means of transport in Serbia; medical equipment and measurement devices in Indonesia; IT/ITC services in India; cosmetics in Malaysia; construction industry Azerbaijan. The Ministry of Economy is actively participating in establishing relations with the selected countries. Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy Piechociński has already visited Azerbaijan and India.
