On February 27th President of the Employers of Poland Andrzej Malinowski met with the Ambassador of France in Poland Pierre Buhler and Minister Counselor Jean-Marc Fenet, the head of the economic section of the embassy, who represents the interests of the French ministries of economy and finance in Central Europe and the Baltic states. The meeting was held at the headquarters of the Employers of Poland.
The discussion concerned the possibilities of development of economic cooperation between Poland and France, with a particular emphasis on cooperation in the energy sector. The other purpose of the meeting was to prepare the ground for the next week's visit of French Prime Minister Manuel Valls in Poland.
The Polish-French Economic Meeting will take place on March 12, 2015, at the Primate's Palace, Senatroska 13/15 street, in Warsaw. The event is organized by the Polish Ministry of Economy in cooperation with the Embassy of France. The talks will be attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Janusz Piechociński and French Prime Minister Manuel Valls.
