Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

"Job Creator" – competition organized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy

Have you created jobs? Take part in the "Job Creator" competition organized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. Application deadline is May 29th.

– We would like to distinguish employers who prove than an investment in people is an investment in the company’s development. In our competition the size and sector of your company does not matter – it is open to everyone. What are the criteria? Employment growth is key. Additional points may be won for employing people under 30, over 50 and handicapped. Fairness will also be assessed – such as whether employees work on contracts of employment.

Applications may be sent by e-mail at , by regular mail or in  person at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy (ul. Nowogrodzka 1/3/5, 00-513 Warszawa with an additional note:  KONKURS KREATOR), until May 29th. The application form is available here.
