In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

The media debate on possible changes in the rules of the officials’ remuneration is now in progress.


According to the Employers of the Republic of Poland, it is necessary to conduct an honest audit that will show what positions should be retained and what can be liquidated. Nowadays, employment in the office usually guarantees work to retirement regardless of the quality of its execution.

The system of the officials’ remuneration must be subject to change. Bonuses and rewards – yes, they should be given, but only for special achievements.
