Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

Mediator urgently wanted

From 23 to 24 June, 2012, at the headquarters of the Employers of Poland, took place an initial course that opened a series of training courses for 38 mediators in collective disputes and candidates for mediators.

As part of the initial training, participants systematized knowledge of the functioning models of social dialogue and familiarized with the recent research on this topic. They also learned important differences between mediation based on civil law, criminal law and the act on collective disputes.

The project is co-financed by the European Union under the Human Capital Operational Programme, Measure 5.5.2 – Strengthening the participants of social dialogue.
