Employers may apply for the "Job Creator” title awarded by the Minister of Labour and Social Policy by May 29th.
The aim of the awards is to distinguish employers who create new jobs and who have employed the most new employees in 2014. The title will be presented in five categories: small, medium and big company, as well as big industrial producer and big trade and service provider.
– The situation on the labour market improves every year. 16 mln Poles are working – the best result since 1989. We have mostly all entrepreneurs who create jobs to thank for this. The awards will be presented to small family companies as well as large ones – said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, Minister of Labour and Social Policy.
What are the assessment criteria? Employment growth is key. Additional points will be awarded for employing young people (younger than 30), 50+ employees and handicapped. The form of work relations will also be graded – contracts of employment will be promoted.
– We appreciate the number of jobs, but their quality counts as well. Employees’ participation in training and additional benefit system – added Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz.
How to apply? Fill out the form available at , by traditional mail or present it in person at the Ministry (ul. Nowogrodzka 1/3/5, 00-513 Warszawa, KONKURS KREATOR). Participation is free of charge.
