Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



The Employers of Poland participated in the BIAC General Assembly


In Paris was held the General Assembly of the Business and Industry Advisory Committee at the OECD (BIAC). The Employers of  Poland were represented by Marek Grabowski, a member of the Polish Section of BIAC, the Director of Orange Telecom Poland for Sales Development and Customer Service.


During the session was set up a Working Group for Development whose aim is to work for the development of public and private sectors. The Employers of Poland, as a member of BIAC, have been looking for candidates to represent the organization as the Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of the group. Their task will be to exercise leadership and prepare a strategic guidance as part of the work of BIAC for the development.


The Employers of Poland contribute to the Polish Section of BIAC, which has been chaired by the Deputy President of the Employers of Poland, Mariusz Gaca, since 2011.
