In the face of demographic and economic challenges we would like to initiate a debate on a possible partnership between public and private institutions with a view to improving employees’ health. Failure to take adequate action in his regard may mean that many of them will need to be cared for in old age – and the fact that Polish society is aging so rapidly is in itself problematic enough. We should support employees to prevent or delay the occurrence of illnesses which threaten their independent functioning after they reach pension age.

The debate will be preceded by a presentation of a report on the expectations of employers and employers in terms of pro-health solutions, based on research conducted by the international medical company BUPA  - a part of the LUX MED Group – in Poland, Spain, Great Britain and Australia.
