Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



The European Commission wants to improve doing business in the EU


The European Commission intends to unify the standards for electronic signatures and electronic identification system. According to the Employers of Poland, it is a good initiative that will contribute to strengthening the cross-border economic activities of the EU internal market, and, in the long term, to increase in its competitiveness.

The Employers of Poland support initiatives aiming at reducing unnecessary obligations on the side of companies and help them to operate in business trading. The use of the IT solutions in administration improves the quality of its operations, reduces the generated costs, as well as increases the work output in public administration.
