Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



Meeting with a delegation of businessmen from Taiwan.


The delegation of entrepreneurs from Taiwan, under the leadership of Vice President of Chinese International Economic Cooperation Association (CIECA) Mr. Fred PC Huang, visited the seat of the Employers of Poland on June 8, 2015. The visit was co-organized by the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Poland and the meeting was hosted by Executive Vice President of Employers of Poland Janusz Pietkiewicz.


Both sides highlighted the untapped potential of economic cooperation relations between our countries and identified prospective areas in which the cooperation of entrepreneurs from both countries will develop rapidly. The areas that deserve a special attention are: biotechnology, innovations in medicine, nanotechnology (eg. optoelectronics), intelligent power management (smart grid), green energy.


The meeting was also an opportunity to showcase investment opportunities in Poland, with particular emphasis on cooperation in the field of energy - these topics were presented in detail by experts of the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency and CEC Government Relations.
