Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



Evaluation of the current situation above 110 points for the first time


Polish economy is shifting into a higher gear so we can expect higher GDP growth rate and a further decline in unemployment – Entrepreneurs’ Optimism Index, which is made on the basis of surveys conducted among members of the Employers of Poland, shows.


In July of 2015 the Entrepreneurs’ Optimism Index stood at 111.6 points in the assessment of the current business situation, compared to 107.6 points in June. The forecast for the next six months worsened – it fell from 139.9 points in the previous month to 133.8 points in July.
