Second Branch of the Department of Social Insurance in Warsaw organizes training courses for employers doing business in the Mazowieckie Provinc, in particular small and medium-sized enterprises.
The training is organized in order to carry out the tasks provided for in Art. 37 paragraph. 2 pt. 2 of the Act of 30 October 2002 on social insurance for accidents at work and occupational diseases (Journal of Laws No 199, item. 1673 as amended) on accident prevention and aimed at dissemination of knowledge about the dangers that cause accidents at work and occupational diseases.
The training is directed primarily at small and medium-sized enterprises, including: people registering a business activity for the first time and persons employed in one of the following sectors: manufacturing, wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, healthcare and social assistance, housing, transport, education in the branches of Social Insurance Institution in the Capital City of Warsaw, Płock, Radom and Siedlce.
Free training in the field of safety and health at work is conducted in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labour of 27 July 2004 on training in the field of occupational health and safety (Journal of Laws No. 180, item. 1860 of 18 August 2004, as amended) and finish with the issuance of the certificate of training completion.
Trainings are conducted in a two-day cycle and will run until 19.12.2015. A detailed program is attached.
