Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

Running a business in Poland is becoming easier and easier, but we have still a lot of work to do

According to the report of “Doing Business 2013”, Poland has been at the head of the list of the countries that most improved the conditions of conducting a business activity.

The Employers of the Republic of Poland express satisfaction with the fact that the Ministry of Economy - until recently abandoned in the field of deregulation and streamlining of the conditions of conducting a business activity - has been joined by the Ministry of Justice.

- These two ministries are now “major flywheels” of improvement of the entrepreneurs’ situation. Next stages of the so called deregulation laws or the streamlining of work of the land registries are real achievements -
says Piotr Rogowiecki, the Director of the Centre of Legislation Monitoring of the Employers of Poland.
