Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.



VII Labour Law Convent


We would like to invite you to the VII Labour Law Convent, organized by the Wolters Kluwer publishing house, to be held on October 16th in Warsaw.


Discussion will focus, among others, on the following issues:

  • changes in fixed-term contract;
  • broadening parents’ rights in order to help maintain the balance between work and family life;
  • changes in establishing the base for sickness benefits;
  • the rules for granting maternity benefits with a broadened group of mothers entitled to it;
  • contributions in order contracts;
  • consequences of the ruling on contribution for board members.


Wioletta Żukowska, expert of Employers of Poland, will be among the lecturers.
