Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. Human Capital Economy CEE Congress

The economic situation requires in-depth discussion on building competitive advantages on the basis of human capital. An opportunity for such a discussion will be provided by the Human Capital Economy CEE Congress which will be held on October 7-8th at the Sheraton Hotel in Warsaw. The event is organized by Work Service.

An international group of experts, politicians, business leaders and HR managers will attempt to elaborate solutions for the coming years. This is particularly important, as there is no shortage of challenges in Central and Eastern Europe.

Changing management models, increased influence of economic migration for Central and Eastern Europe, demographic challenges, competition for new talents, the need for job activation – these are only some of the most challenging problems with which we will be faced in the next few years.

President of Employers of Poland is a member of the Program Council. He will also take part in a debate “Migration as a challenge for human resources management – managing diversity”, along with Minister of Labour and Social Policy Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz.

We would like to kindly invite you to participate. More information and the registration form are available here.
