The National Research and Development Centre announced a call for proposals targeted at large enterprises for funding of projects under Sub-measure 1.1.1 Industrial research and development work carried out by businesses under the Priority Axis I: Support for R&D activity of enterprises within the Smart Development Operational Programme 2014-2020.
Only large enterprises can apply for funding. It is allocated to projects that involve industrial research and experimental development or experimental development (projects without development work component cannot obtain funding).
The maximum grant amount (value of the granted state aid) may not exceed the limits specified in § 9 section 1 of the decree of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of 25 February 2015 on the conditions and procedure of granting state aid and de minimis aid through NCBiR (Journal of Laws of 2015. poz.299), i.e. the equivalent of:
20 million euro – for an enterprise per project, if more than half of the total eligible project costs are incurred for industrial research, or
15 million euro – for enterprise per project, if more than half of the total eligible project costs is incurred on development works.
The total value of the eligible project costs may not exceed 50 million euro.
The amount of funds allocated for financing of projects amounts to 750,000,000 PLN including:
1) 75,371,391 PLN for projects carried out in the Mazowieckie province;
2) 674,628,609 PLN for projects in the province other than Mazowieckie:.
