Legislation Monitoring Centre
In Poland there is neither an internet portal nor an institution for employers responsible for monitoring the legislation process of regulations that determine the rules for business activity. At present employers  learn about changes in the law mainly from mass media or simply through the grapevine, usually with delay.

Social dialog

The term denotes the totality of the relations between employers’ organizations and trade unions. In this form, it has a bi-partite character and can also be referred to as autonomous dialog. It can also have a tripartite character – if the government also participates.

National dialog – is conducted at the central level by relevant institutions, including the Social Dialog Council.

Regional dialog – is conducted at the regional level and deals with issues of particular problems; the Voivodeship Social Dialog Councils are the relevant institutions.

Company dialog – is conducted in particular companies and involves direct relations between the employer and the representation of employees.

As a social partner and a representative employers’ organization, Employers of Poland are active at all levels of social dialog.
